How we handle your data

Last updated 20 September 2026

Who we are

CapexRadar is an early-access service that sends suppliers a weekly shortlist of UK companies that have committed to spending. The contact for anything on this page is contact@capexradar.uk.

What the form collects

Your work email, and if you give them, your name, company, a line about what you sell, the categories you tick and a message. With the request we store a one-way hash of your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string and the page you came from. The IP address itself is not stored.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to your request and, if you want them, to send you entries during early access. You asked us to contact you, so the basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it. We do not add you to a marketing list, sell or share the details, or use them for anything else.

Where it is kept and for how long

In a database hosted for us by Neon inside the United Kingdom, with a copy of each request emailed to us through Brevo. Requests are deleted twelve months after they arrive, or sooner if you ask.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies. Page views are counted by Vercel Web Analytics without cookies or personal identifiers. The anti-spam check on the form is Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a challenge in your browser and reports only whether it passed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to our using it, by emailing the address above. Under UK GDPR you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Companies named in our work

Entries sent to subscribers concern businesses, not individuals, and are drawn from official records published for public use, which contain public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We do not include personal contact details, and figures shown on this website are illustrative rather than live.
